Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • Roasted Chopped Nuts of your choice
  • Cardamom powder as pr your taste
Instructions:

  1. Take a microwave safe bowl. Add wheat flour and ghee to it. Mix well until they blend together.
  2. Place in microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Stiring every minute. Take out after a minute and mix well .
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder and water to it.
  4. Mix well . Cook in microwave for 2 minutes( Mix after 1 minute) until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Add roasted chopped nuts over the top & serve.
