Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Semolina - 2 Tbsp
- Salt - One Third Spoon
- Carom Seeds or Ajwain - Half Spoon
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, semolina, salt, carom seeds(crushed bu hands), oil.
- Mix all these ingredients well. Now add water to knead dough. Make a stiff dough (Stiff than you knead dough for poori).
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a kdhai/pan.
- Pinch some lemon size dough. Roll out using rolling pin. Fry it in oil. Do not cook it completely.
- Take it out and let it cool. Now roll again this fried kchori using rolling pin & deep fry again in hot oil.
- Enjoy this super crispy kachori with raita or aloo sbzi.
