Khajoor Lassi Recipe

Each little date contains over two milligrams of choline, a B vitamin that’s a component in acetylcholine, the memory neurotransmitter. Higher choline intake is associated with better memory and learning, making it a key nutrient for children.

  • 10 soaked dates, deseeded, chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp
  • Salt - A Pinch
  • Optional - You can add vanilla extract too.

  1. Put all the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend really well until the lassi is really smooth.
  3. Serve in glasses and enjoy!
