Dalgona Coffee Recipe

Ours mom has been making this coffee since ages. We call it "feti hui coffee" in ours indian home. Only difference is we generally make hot coffee with the same recipe.

Dalgona coffee has got its name by the South Korean dalgona candy, a offee sponge that resembles the creamy dollop that tops the ice coffee.

Ingredients:
  • Coffee Powder - 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • Water - 2 Tbsp
  • Milk
Instructions:
  • In a wide bowl, add coffee powder, sugar, water. Whisk it well. Using hand blender will save a lot of time.
  • After few minutes of blending, the mixture will transform into a creamy, light brown-coloured foam.
  • Pour chilled milk into 3 to 4 glasses. Do not fill them full. Keep them third fourth.
  • Now pour this creamy foam over milk glasses & serve.
  • NOTE: You can using warm water too as warm water gets dissloves soon.
