  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Cinnamon Powder - One Fourth Spoon
  • Lemon - 1 Spoon
Instructions:
  • Heat water in a saucepan. Add cinnamon powder. Boil it for two minutes.
  • Turn off the flame. Add lemon. Stir.
  • Strain it and drink it on an empty stomach to detox yourself.
