Ingredients:
- Boiled & Coarsly Mashed Kabuli Chana - 1 Cup
- Chana Stock - 1 Cup ( water in which you boiled chana)
- Rasam Masala - 2 to 3 Spoon
- Tomato Puree - Half Cup
- Salt - 2 Spoon
- Turmeric - Half Spoon
- Asafoetida - 2 Pinches
- Few Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Lemon Juice - 2 Spoon
- Ghee - 1 Spoon
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Spoon
- Few Freshly Chopped Curry Leaves
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, pour 2 cups of water. Add tomato puree, salt, turmeric.
- Mix all & bring it to boil. Lower the flame & cook it for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add mashed chana, chana stock, rasam masala. Keep stirring & cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- To make tempering. Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add asafoetida, curry leaves & mustard seeds. Pour this tempering over rasam.
- Add lemon juice and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
