Beans and Pasta Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beans (canned) - Half Cup
- Onion , sliced - 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves , sliced - Half Spoon
- Chopped tomatoes - Half Cup
- Tomato Puree - 2 Tbsp
- Half Boiled Macaroni - One Fourth Cup
- Cornflour - 1 Tbsp
- Dried Oregano - 1 Spoon
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a saucepan, add onion and garlic. Saute until onion turns translucent.
- Add tomato puree, canned beans, chopped tomatoes, macaroni and 3 to 4 cup of hot water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring in between.
- Dissolve the cornflour in 2 tbsp of water in another bowl and add to the soup & stir well. It gives thick consistency to soup.
- Add oregano, salt, tomato ketchup and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
