The juice made from pomegranate seeds contains antioxidants at higher levels than many other fruit juices, and pomegranate juice may block or slow the buildup of cholesterol in the arteries of people who are at higher risk of heart disease. Pomegranate is a rich source of fibre, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium. One pomegranate a day has the potential to supply one third of your daily vitamin C and one-quarter of a day’s worth of folate requirement.

Ingredients:
  • Half Cup Pomegranate Seeds Juice
  • Half Cup Chilled Curd
  • Honey/Sugar - To taste
  • Black Salt- To Taste
  • Few Ice Cubes
Instructions:

  1. Blend curd, pomegranate juice, black salt, honey/sugar, ice cubes well. Pour into glasses.
  2. Add some ice cubes and pomegranate seeds & a pinch of black salt over it while serving.
