Ingredients:
- Soaked Almonds Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Oil - 1 spoon
- Seasonings to taste - Salt, Cumin Seeds Powder, Cinnamon, White Pepper Powder
- Veg Stock - 2 Cup - Recipe Below
- Milk - Half Cup
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add bayleaf & soaked almond paste and saute for 2 minutes. keep stirring continuously.
- Now pour veg stock and milk. Bring it to a boil on medium to high flame.
- Now, cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring.
- Add salt, cumin Seeds powder, cinnamon & pepper powder. Make sure to add salt at end only.
- Veg Stock: Chopped potato, cabbage, onion. Boil these vegetables in 3.5 cup of water. Strain the water using strainer. While straining, mash the boiled vegetables.
