Soaked almonds boosts the energy and nutrients with the addition of moisture and gives great results. Almonds are also rich in Vitamin E and magnesium and contain calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.

According to Ayurveda, almonds should not be eaten by themselves on an empty stomach, but always mixed with other foods such as curd,milk, grains or vegetables, to avoid Pitta imbalance. Almond Rose Lassi Recipe is a refreshing option to get all benefits of almonds in a healthy way.

  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Few Dry Rose Petals or Rose Syrup
  • Soaked Almonds - 5 to 6
  • Sugar/Honey - To Taste
  • Few Ice Cubes

  1. Blend curd along with sugar/honey & soaked almonds and rose syrup/rose petals.You can add little chilled milk & blend again if its too thick.
  2. Put the ice then pour the lassi in the glasses.
  3. Garnish with dry rose petals, chopped almonds & serve.
