  • Pumpkin Puree -See the recipe below - Half Cup
  • Sugar - 3 Spoon
  • Butter - softened - 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - Half Spoon
  • Cinnamon - Half Spoon
  • Baking powder - One Fourth Teaspoon
  • Baking soda - One Fourth Teaspoon
  • Milk

  1. Mix these wet ingredients pumpkin puree, butter, vanilla in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, sift together all dry ingredients (sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon)
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients now. Mix all of them very well. Add milk gradually to make a smooth lump free pourable batter. ( Not runny batter)
  4. On a lightly greased pan/tava, pour two ladeful batter to make pancake.
  5. Cook it from both the sides untill they are golden brown from both the sides. Flip only when bottom side is cooked.
  6. Pumpin Puree Recipe - Place the pumpkin pieces in a steamer /over the boiling water.
  7. Cover and let steam for few minutes or until the flesh is tender when pierced with a knife.
  8. Puree the pumpkin in a food processor or hand blender. Make pumpkin puree in advance as its time consuming to make puree in the morning.
