Peri Peri Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
- Tofu Cubes - 1 Cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Dried Oregano - 1 Tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger Grated - 1 Spoon
- Sugar - 1 Spoon
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
Instructions:
- Make a Coarse Mixture of all the ingredients in a grinder except tofu n oil.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add tofu cubes. Saute well.
- Add coarse mixtue. Stir well so all tofu pieces gets coated with the mixture. Saute for a while.
- Enjoy this hot peri peri tofu with sandwich or toasted bread slice.
