Ingredients:
- Semolina - 1 Cup
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Curd, beaten - Half Cup
- Salt to taste
- Water - Half Cup
- Oil
- Baking soda - half tsp
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add semolina, curd, salt to taste and water mix well. Rest for a few minutes.
- Add oil and baking soda in a spoon and mix it well. Add it into batter. Stir it once.
- Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter in round shape.
- Place sliced mushrooms over it. Pour oil around it.
- When the base is firm, flip it and cook it on the other side until it is cooked well. Cook on medium flame.
