Chilli Roti Noodles Recipe

Make Chilli Roti Noodles in breakfast for your kids. This noodle recipe is free of maida & filled with nutrition rich vegetables & fiber rich wheat flour. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to cook this recipe. Its perfect breakfast snack for busy morning schedules.

  • Roti - 4
  • Thinly Sliced Capsicum - 1 Tbsp
  • Thinly Sliced Onion - 2 Tbsp
  • Sliced Beans - 1 Tbsp
  • Thinly Sliced Tomatoes - 1 Tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 spoon
  • Vinegar - 1 spoon
  • Salt, chilli flakes & black pepper - to taste
  • Oil
  1. First roll a roti tightly. Now cut roll diagonally into 10 to 12 pieces using a sharp knife. Do same with other rotis too.
  2. Heat oil in a wok/pan. Saute all vegetables. Do not overcook the vegetables.
  3. Add soya sauce. Stir well. Add roti noodles ( we made in first step).
  4. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes. ( soya sauce generally consist some salt too so add salt accordingly).
  5. Stir well on low flame.
  6. Add vinegar. Mix again. Serve it hot.
