Chilli Roti Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
- Roti - 4
- Thinly Sliced Capsicum - 1 Tbsp
- Thinly Sliced Onion - 2 Tbsp
- Sliced Beans - 1 Tbsp
- Thinly Sliced Tomatoes - 1 Tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 spoon
- Vinegar - 1 spoon
- Salt, chilli flakes & black pepper - to taste
- Oil
Instructions:
- First roll a roti tightly. Now cut roll diagonally into 10 to 12 pieces using a sharp knife. Do same with other rotis too.
- Heat oil in a wok/pan. Saute all vegetables. Do not overcook the vegetables.
- Add soya sauce. Stir well. Add roti noodles ( we made in first step).
- Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes. ( soya sauce generally consist some salt too so add salt accordingly).
- Stir well on low flame.
- Add vinegar. Mix again. Serve it hot.
