Ingredients:
- One Pomegranate
- Airtight glass container for storage
Instructions:
- First peel a pomegranate & take out the arils in a plate. Spread arils on the plate.
- Now, sun dry these pomegranate arils.
- It takes generally five days to dry properly. Once properly dried, grind them. Make sure they are properly dried out before grinding , if there is moisture then they will get fungus.
- Store this powder in an airtight glass container.
- Add it in curries or salads for a distinct tangy flavor.
