  • 1 cup Jamun
  • 4-5 tbsp sugar - Optional
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • A pinch cinnamon
  • Chilled water
  • salt to taste
  • Ice cubes

  1. Collect the pulp from the fruit and put it in a mixer jar.
  2. Grind the pulp pieces ,cinnamon ,sugar and salt together with some water into a very smooth paste.
  3. Add the yoghurt and blend again.Add water according to the consistency you want and give it a mix
  4. Add ice cubes & whisk well. Adjust the salt if necessary. You can add a pinch of rock salt too.
  5. Ready to serve.
