Zucchini is low in calories with a lot of nutrition such as carbohydrates, fiber, protein, vitamin C, potassium, and manganese. Other vitamins present in lesser quantities include vitamin A, vitamin E, thiamin, niacin, and pantothenic acid.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Zucchini Vertically Sliced
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Half spoon olive oil
  • Chickpeas Flour (Besan)
  • Bread Crumbs
Instructions:

  1. Firs take zucchini slices in a bowl. Add salt, spices, red chilli powder & olive oil. Mix all slices with this mixture. Keep it aside.
  2. In another bowl, make a batter with the help of besan, water & spices.
  3. Dip slices in this batter.
  4. Coat them with bread crumbs.
  5. Fry or bake them according to yours choice.
