This recipe is simple veg pizza recipe that is baked in oven. The toppings can be changed as per your preference.

Ingredients:
  • 2 pizza base (Whole wheat or Maida-Your Choice)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 3 tablespoon chopped black olives
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
  • 2 medium finely chopped tomato
  • 1 broccoli's florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup mushroom
  • OR Vegetables of yours choice. Don't hesitate to do the experiment
Instructions:

  1. To make the sauce mixture, mix pizza sauce, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, minced garlic together. Add lemon juice in the same.
  2. Heat a pan with oil in it over moderate flame. Saute cauliflower,mushroom,capsicum, broccoli, carrots and onion in the pan.
  3. Now spread the sauce mixture on the pizza base and keep aside some sauce mixture for the topping.
  4. Top up the pizza base with sauted vegetables and tomatoes,olives and drizzle the remaining sauce & grated cheese over the toppings.
  5. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and crisp.
  6. Once the pizza is done, take it out from the oven and serve the dish.
