Sabudana Pancake made with soaked sago & grated potato gives you an instant energy and are most suitable for breakfast at the time of fasting. It contains a good amount of dietary fibre that will keep you full for a whole day during fasting.

Ingredients:
- Grated Potato - 1
- Soaked Sago - 1 Cup
- Ghee/Oil
- Sendha Salt/Namak & Black Pepper - To Taste
- Chopped ginger, green chillies & coriander leaves
- Water
Instructions:
- Soak sago in water for 2 hours. Strain it using strainer. (Do not add too much water while soaking. Just add water to immerse them)
- Blend the soaked sago in a blender. Add little water (if required) to make blending smoother.
- Now mix (sago batter, ginger, chillies, coriander leaves, grated potato, sendha salt, black pepper)
- Add water gradually. We need pourable consistency that we can spread this batter on tava.
- Heat a tava on medium flame. Grease it with ghee/oil.
- Spread pancake (Little thick than chilla) using spoon on tava. Pour few drops of oil & cover it with lid. Covering with lid ensures to it gets cooked from inside too.
- After few minutes, flip it & pour more drops of oil & cook. Once cooked from both the sides, ready to enjoy.
