Lychee Custard Recipe
Custard and Pudding
Lychee contains good amount of fiber and Vitamin B-complex which increase metabolism fat, protein and carbohydrate. Fiber rich foods has proved to suppress appetite and increase metabolism.
Total Time (Minutes):
- Milk - 2 Cup
- Lychee Pulp - Half Cup
- Sugar - to taste
- Custard Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Mix the custard powder in a half bowl of milk. Keep it aside.
- Bring milk to a boil. Add custard powder liquid & sugar in this hot boiling milk & mix well. Cook for 10 minutes & keep stirring.
- Once cooked, switch off the flame & let it come to room temperature. Add chopped lychees in this custard mixture. Mix well. Check sweetness. Adjust it if required.
- Pour into glasses and let it chilled in refrigerate.
