Lychee contains good amount of fiber and Vitamin B-complex which increase metabolism fat, protein and carbohydrate. Fiber rich foods has proved to suppress appetite and increase metabolism.

Method:

  1. Mix the custard powder in a little bit of milk and add to the rest of the milk.

  2. Bring to a boil and to a pouring consistency.

  3. Add this to the custard while it is still warm and mix well.

  4. Beat Milkmaid and whipping cream separately.

  5. Fold in chopped lychees and the cooled custard mixture.

  6. Pour into a glass bowl and allow it to set in the fridge.

  7. Serve decorated with pomegranate seeds.
