Lychee contains good amount of fiber and Vitamin B-complex which increase metabolism fat, protein and carbohydrate. Fiber rich foods has proved to suppress appetite and increase metabolism.

  1. Mix the custard powder in a little bit of milk and add to the rest of the milk.
  2. Bring to a boil and to a pouring consistency.
  3. Add this to the custard while it is still warm and mix well.
  4. Add chopped lychees in the cooled custard mixture.
  5. Pour into a glass bowl & top it with whipped cream with sugar and allow it to set in the fridge.
  6. Serve decorated with pomegranate seeds.
