Lychee Custard Recipe

Lychee contains good amount of fiber and Vitamin B-complex which increase metabolism fat, protein and carbohydrate. Fiber rich foods has proved to suppress appetite and increase metabolism.

  • Milk - 2 Cup
  • Lychee Pulp - Half Cup
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Custard Powder - 1 Tbsp
  1. Mix the custard powder in a half bowl of milk. Keep it aside.
  2. Bring milk to a boil. Add custard powder liquid & sugar in this hot boiling milk & mix well. Cook for 10 minutes & keep stirring.
  3. Once cooked, switch off the flame & let it come to room temperature. Add chopped lychees in this custard mixture. Mix well. Check sweetness. Adjust it if required.
  4. Pour into glasses and let it chilled in refrigerate.
