Ingredients:
  • Chana Daal - 4 Spoon
  • Arhar Daal - 4 Spoon
  • Green Moong Daal - 4 Spoon
  • Yellow Moong Daal - 4 Spoon
  • Masoor Daal - 4 Spoon
  • Bajra Seeds - 4 Spoon
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Spoon
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Spoon
  • Salt & Spices - to taste
  • Hing
  • Chopped ginger chilli paste
  • Ghee
Instructions:
  • Mix all millets in a bowl. Wash them well under running water.
  • Let them soak in water for 30 minutes.
  • Pressure cook daal in about 2 to 3 cups of water cook for about 5 whistle.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan. Add hing, ginger chilli paste.
  • Add onion and saute til transculent. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt and spices.
  • Stir well. Add pressure cooked daal. Mix very well.
  • Add half cup of water if its dry at this time. Cook for 5 minutes. Ready to enjoy
