Bajra Flour Sweet Pakora (Winter Treat) Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Bajra Flour - 1 Cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour - Half Cup
  • Milk/Malai - 3 Tbsp
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Cardamon - 2 pinches
  • Coconut flakes - 2 tbsp
  • Water
  • Oil - To Fry
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, combine together bajra flour and whole wheat flour.
  2. Add sugar & milk. Mix well everything together.
  3. Adding water make a smooth lump free batter. Add cardamon & coconut flakes.
  4. Keep it covered for 5-10 minutes. Heat up the required amount of oil for deep frying.
  5. Make pkoras with this batter and fry them on medium flame.
