Bajra is considered superfoods because it is additionally rich in Vitamin B, Protein, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus. Bajra is said to be a miracle millet with iron content which 8 times higher than that present in rice.
- 250 gm bajra flour
- 80 gm milk
- 2 tbsp malai (homemade)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- To steam Water
In a bowl, take bajra flour, add milk, malai, salt and make a semi-soft dough out of it. You don't have to knead it, just bring it together.
Make small balls out of it, flatten them slightly and place it in a dhokla steamer & cover it & steam it for 15-18 mins on medium to slow flame.
Once it's ready, cool it for 2 mins and serve it.
