Potato Cubes (Boiled & Peeled) - 1 Cup
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Sendha Namak & Black Pepper - To Taste
Heat 2 tbsps ghee in a non-stick pan, add the potatoes and saute till lightly golden.
Mix sauteed potatoes, well roasted peanuts, sendha namak, black pepper, lemon juice, coriander leaves in a bowl.
