Ragi Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ragi Banana Smoothie has high amounts of fibre that will keep your stomach full and stop you from unwanted cravings. It reduces your appetite and thus you don’t feel hungry often.
Total Time (Minutes):
- Finger Millet/Ragi Flour - 2 Tbsp
- 1 Big Banana Chopped
- 1 Cup Milk
- Honey - 1 Tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup
- First take ragi flour in a small bowl. Add half cup water & mix well to dissolve lump.
- Add half cup water in the pan. Boil this water. Add mixture we made in the bowl. Stir well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes to cook ragi.
- Let it cool down. Blend ragi mixture, banana, honey and milk in a blender. Smoothie is ready to enjoy.
