Pineapple & Orange Juice Recipe

Pineapples are tropical fruit that are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidents. They may help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. Also, despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in calorie.

  • Diced pineapple - 2 Cup
  • Oranges Pulp - 1 Cup
  • Chopped Cucumber - 1 Cup
  • A few basil leaves
  • Black Salt - to taste
  • Ice Cubes

  1. Blend everything (except black salt & ice ciubes) together with some water and strain all the pulp out with a sieve.
  2. Now add black salt & ice cubes.
  3. Pour into glasses & serve immediately.
