Kiwi Mint Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Chopped Kiwi - 1
  • Few Leaves - Mint
  • To Taste - Salt/Blacksalt
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Few ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. Add kiwi, mint leaves, salt, ice cubes in a blender and blend it well until smooth.
  2. Now add curd, some chilled water and blend it again. Add sugar/honey too if kiwi is not sweet.
  3. Serve it with chopped kiwi & mint garnishing.
