- Chopped Kiwi - 1
- Few Leaves - Mint
- To Taste - Salt/Blacksalt
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Few ice cubes
- Add kiwi, mint leaves, salt, ice cubes in a blender and blend it well until smooth.
- Now add curd, some chilled water and blend it again. Add sugar/honey too if kiwi is not sweet.
- Serve it with chopped kiwi & mint garnishing.
