Nuts are great source of protein and iron especially if you are a vegetarian.
Dry Fruits are also rich source of Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Protein, Riboflavin, Vitamin A-C-E-K-B6 and Zinc. This means healthy bones, muscles, nerves, teeth and skin.

- Curd - 1 cup
- Chilled Milk - Half Cup
- Cashew nut - 6 to 8
- Almond - 6 to 8
- Chironji - 1 tea spoon
- Sugar - 2 Spoon
- Ice cubes
- Dry roast cashew nuts, almonds and chironji or nuts of your choice on slow flame.
- Switch off the flame and once they are cool, grind it in fine powder. Store this powder in an air tight jar.
- Blend 1 cup chilled curd, 2 spoon nuts powder, sugar as pr taste in a blender. Add chilled milk & blend again.
- Pour into glasses & garnish with nuts while serving.
