Dry fruits are rich in minerals, proteins, fibre and vitamins add to that they are tasty and delicious too.Consumption of dry fruits enhances energy and stamina; also as they are rich in fibre which means better digestion and overall health. Nuts are great source of protein and iron especially if you are a vegetarian.

Dry Fruits are also rich source of Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Protein, Riboflavin, Vitamin A-C-E-K-B6 and Zinc. This means healthy bones, muscles, nerves, teeth and skin.

Total Time (Minutes): 20
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Cashew nut - 6 to 8
  • Almond -6 to 8
  • Chironji - 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar - 2 Spoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Ice cubes
  • Khoya- 3 spoon

  1. Dry roast cashew nuts, almonds and chironji or nuts of your choice on slow flame.
  2. Switch off the flame and once they are cool, grind it in fine powder by adding sugar and salt.
  3. Blend it again by adding khoya.
  4. Now add curd and blend it again.
  5. Take it in a glass, serve chilled with ice and garnish with nuts & khoya.
