Curd - 1 cup
Cashew nut - 6 to 8
Almond -6 to 8
Chironji - 1 tea spoon
Sugar - 2 Spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Khoya- 3 spoon
Dry roast cashew nuts, almonds and chironji or nuts of your choice on slow flame.
Switch off the flame and once they are cool, grind it in fine powder by adding sugar and salt.
Blend it again by adding khoya.
Now add curd and blend it again.
Take it in a glass, serve chilled with ice and garnish with nuts & khoya.
