Ingredients:
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Chilled Milk - Half Cup
  • Cashew nut - 6 to 8
  • Almond - 6 to 8
  • Chironji - 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar - 2 Spoon
  • Ice cubes
Instructions:
  1. Dry roast cashew nuts, almonds and chironji or nuts of your choice on slow flame.
  2. Switch off the flame and once they are cool, grind it in fine powder. Store this powder in an air tight jar.
  3. Blend 1 cup chilled curd, 2 spoon nuts powder, sugar as pr taste in a blender. Add chilled milk & blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses & garnish with nuts while serving.
